Saints celebrated on the 6th of May
SAINT VICTOR AND COMPANIONS, MARTYRS OF MILAN

When Emperor Maximian was in charge, the pagans killed numerous Christians their faith from A.D. 280 onwards. The following martyrs suffered on this day in Milan: Victor, Felix, another Victor, Carisia, Aufidia, Judith, Emerita, a third Victor, Acuta, Faustina, Hilarianus, Victoriana, Saturnina, Gavina, Hedentus, Fortuna, Victoria, Prima, Gaianus, Valentina, Fortunata, Postumus, Faustinus, Majoricus, Venustus, Massunus, Processa, Secundianus, Importuna, Quintianus, Petrus, Tassus, Cassericus, Maparicus, Veneria, Bonefacia, Quintus, Floriana, Victorina, Demorus, Gaudola, another Victorina, Crispin (Crispinus), Possinus, another Felix, Donatus, Laborus, Masillas, Gaianus, Farerus, Quintus, Rogatus, Maxentius, Nina, Virtunia, Valeria, Tironius, Matrona, Citinus, Florian (Florianus), Heremaeus (who also is listed as a martyr in Heraclea), Fortunatus, Faustinus, Gavin (Gavinus), Herinus (Herenus, Herentus), Pappalicus, Primus, Cassus, Secundus, Celerinus, Jeremiah, Flavius, Macrobius, Marcellinus, Maximus, Aphroditus, Augustinian (Augustianus), Niticus and 60 others. Another group of martyrs of Milan on that day was headed by Saint Gaian (Gaianus) and included at least 20 companions, whose names have not been handed down to us (II. 101).
