  ALL SAINTS CELEBRATED IN MAY Saints celebrated on the 23rd of May SAINTS EPITACIUS AND BASILEUS, MARTYRS Today, we also commemorate  Saints Epitacius and Basileus . The Roman Martyrology states:  "In Spain, the holy martyrs Epitacius, bishop, and Basileus." PRAYER: Grant, we beseech you, almighty God, that the venerable feast of Saints Epitacius and Basileus may increase our devotion and promote our salvation. Through our Lord Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you in the unity of the Holy Spirit, God, for ever and ever. Amen.

  ALL SAINTS CELEBRATED IN APRIL Saints celebrated on the 26th of April SAINT BASILEUS, BISHOP AND MARTYR Today, we also commemorate Saint Basileus. The Roman Martyrology states:  "At Amasea, in Pontus, Saint Basileus, bishop and martyr, whose illustrious martyrdom occurred under the emperor Licinius. His body was thrown into the sea, but being found by Elpidiphorus, through the revelation of an angel, it was honourably entombed." PRAYER: Grant to your Church, we beseech you, O Lord, through the intercession of Saint Basileus, not to think high-mindedly, but to grow in humility pleasing to you; that, despising what is base, she may with unbounded love diligently do whatever is right. Through our Lord Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you in the unity of the Holy Spirit, God, for ever and ever. Amen.
