ALL SAINTS CELEBRATED IN AUGUST Saints celebrated on the 31st of August SAINT BONAJUNCTA, FOUNDER Today, we also commemorate Saint Bonajuncta. The Roman Martyrology states: "On Mount Senario, near Florence, blessed Bonajuncta, confessor, one of the seven founders of the Order of Servites of the Blessed Virgin Mary, who gave up his soul into the hands of the Lord whilst discoursing to his brethren on the Passion of our Saviour." PRAYER: Grant, we beseech you, almighty God, that the venerable feast of Saint Bonajuncta may increase our devotion and promote our salvation. Through our Lord Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you in the unity of the Holy Spirit, God, for ever and ever. Amen.
