  ALL SAINTS CELEBRATED IN JULY Saints celebrated on the 13th of July SAINT CHOLINDUCH, MARTYR A page of one of Fortunatus Hueber's Saints' books, "Stammenbuch..." (1693) Saint Cholinduch, (July 13), a martyr venerated by the Greeks must be distinguished from Saint Golinduchus (July 11). Although she did not actually get killed, Cholinduch is counted among the martyrs because of the suffering she had to endure since her conversion.  Cholinduch was the wife of a prince of magicians (Principis magorum) and converted to Christianity upon a dream she was graced with, in which she saw hell and heaven. On wanting to enter heaven in the dream, she was prevented from doing so by an angel because this place was only for Christians. Thereupon she asked for Christian baptism at which she received the name Mary.
