He is not that well known, but two sources among the Bollandists * list this Saint Eulalius and say that he died a godly death in peace.   ALL SAINTS CELEBRATED IN DECEMBER Saints celebrated on the 16th of December WELCOME! SAINT EULALIUS, BISHOP OF SYRACUSE Saint Eulalius was a bishop of Syracuse in Sicily. He is documented to have attended the Synod of Rome under  Pope Symmachus (498-514). Therefore, our Saint is likely to have flourished at the end of the 5th and beginning of the 6th century.
