  ALL SAINTS CELEBRATED IN SEPTEMBER Saints celebrated on the 12th of September SAINT EPONYMUS, ABBOT A page of one of Fortunatus Hueber's Saints' books, "Stammenbuch..." (1693) Eponymus, abbot of the Egyptian monastery of Chenoboske (which means "Goose Pasture" in English), was a disciple of Saint Pachomius . He placed his congregation under the direction of this great master in the anchoretic life . (Mg.)
