ALL SAINTS CELEBRATED IN JUNE Saints celebrated on the 6th of June WELCOME! SAINT CERATIUS, BISHOP OF GRENOBLE Saint Ceratius, who was a contemporary of Saint Ambrose of Milan , is generally thought to have been Bishop of Grenoble. Some sources list him as Bishop of Eauze (Elusa) in Gascony. The Bollandists * state that he was expelled as bishop of Grenoble, and afterwards appointed to head the church of Eauze. His body is buried in the Lombez monastery in Simorra (Migne*). According to this author, Saint Ceratius' festival is also celebrated on April 24, which is the day his relics were translated to Simorra.
