SAINT EUGENIUS OF PARIS, BISHOP AND MARTYR Saint Eugenius was a disciple of St Dionysius, first bishop of Paris, and suffered martyrdom at Paris soon after him, according to the New Paris Breviary in A.D. 275. A DISCIPLE OF ST DIONYSIUS His relics were translated to Toledo, in Spain, in 1148, as is related by Mariana.
