The Roman Martyrology states: "At Caglio, on the Flaminian road, the passion of Saint Gerontius, bishop of Cervia." PRAYER: Grant, we beseech you, almighty God, that the venerable feast of Saint Gerontius may increase our devotion and promote our salvation.
