  ALL SAINTS CELEBRATED IN MAY Saints celebrated on the 14th of May WELCOME! SAINTS VICTOR AND CORONA, MARTYRS Saints Victor and  Corona are commemorated on May 14, and also September 18). Their martyrdom is said to have taken place in the year 177, but its details are poorly documented. The Roman Martyrology * states that they gave their life for Christ in Syria, while the  Bollandists * relate that they suffered in Egypt. In Feletri , the feast of the translation of their relics celebrated on September 18. Along with other martyrs, priests, deacons and laypeople of various ages and genders, he suffered martyrdom in Numidia Province, Africa, at the time of Valerian's persecution of Christians around the year 257 or 258. He was a companion of  Saint Nemesianus .
