ALL SAINTS CELEBRATED IN FEBRUARY Saints celebrated on the 1st of February WELCOME! SAINT BRIGIDA OF FIESOLE, VIRGIN Brigida [Brigid], a virgin who is venerated at Fiesole in Etruria, was born of a noble family in Scotland (actually in Ireland, since more ancient sources refer to both countries as one and the same). When her brother Andrew was at death's door, Brigida was transported to Italy by an angel. She remained with her dying brother, prayed, and kept him company.
