SAINT PAULINUS, MARTYR OF ROME - 4 MAY

  ALL SAINTS CELEBRATED IN MAY Saints celebrated on the 4th of May WELCOME! SAINT PAULINUS, MARTYR OF ROME Along with mortal remains of Saints Fulgentius , Innocent  (Innocentius), Fortunatus , Erasmus, Valentine (Valentinus), and Pacificus, Saint Paulinus' head relic was transferred from Rome to Bologna in A.D. 1662. There, at the parish church of Saint Mamolus (San Mamolo), all those remains were solemnly interred (I. 436).   ALL SAINTS CELEBRATED IN JUNE Saints celebrated on the 3rd of June SAINT EMERITA AND COMPANIONS, MARTYRS A page of one of Fortunatus Hueber's Saints' books, "Stammenbuch..." (1693) The Martyrology of  Saint Jerome * lists these martyrs; they suffered most probably in Rome. Saint Emerita's companions' names were: Septiminus, Sataucus, Amasius, Orasus , Lucianus, Servulus and Erasmus.
