  ALL SAINTS CELEBRATED IN MAY Saints celebrated on the 23rd of May MARIA OF JESUS, VIRGIN Maria of Jesus (Maria de Jesu) was a Spanish Franciscan sister whose details seem hardly different from the eponymous Maria ( March 8 ). According to Hueber *, this saintly Maria, who led a severe penitential life, was graced with heavenly revelations and died godly in A.D. 1575. The Bollandists*  list her among the Praetermissi on that day. (v. 235).   ALL SAINTS CELEBRATED IN JUNE Saints celebrated on the 12th of June MARIA OF JESUS, VIRGIN A page of one of Fortunatus Hueber's Saints' books, "Stammenbuch..." (1693) Maria of Jesus was a Poor Clare nun at Cordova [Cordoba] in Spain. She went to her eternal reward in 1514. She may be the identical with the Maria who is remembered on  April 8  (II. 506) .
