  ALL SAINTS CELEBRATED IN FEBRUARY Saints celebrated on the 14th of February SAINT EPHEBUS, MARTYR Saint Ephebus, who had come from Athens to Rome accompanied by Apollonius and Proculus, became a pupil of Croton, whose disabled son had been cured by Saint Valentine . This miracle  was instrumental in Ephebus' and his fellow students' conversion to Christianity. Because of their subsequent zeal in spreading the Christian religion, they suffered martyrdom. This occurred around the year A.D. 272 at Terni. On the above-mentioned day the name of the saint is also inserted in the Roman Martyrology*. Their splendour shows us Your greatness, which infinitely surpasses that of all creation. In Your loving providence, You saw fit to send Your Angels to watch over us. Grant that we may always be under their protection and one day enjoy their company in heaven. Heavenly Father, You are glorified in Your Saints, for their glory is the crowning of Your gifts.
