SAINT FEAST DAY FOR EVERY DAY OF THE YEAR

  ALL SAINTS CELEBRATED IN MAY Saints celebrated on the 22 May WELCOME! SAINT FULK, CONFESSOR S. Fulcus Peregrinus ([ Fulk ], Folco) is commemorated on May 22 . This saint was an Englishman by birth. For the sake of Christ, he gave away his paternal inheritance to the poor and visited many holy sites. He died in the 12th century at Santa Padre - a town in the Diocese of Aquino, Italy - and was glorified through miracles.  On May 18, 1582,  Pope Gregory XIII granted a plenary indulgence for a period of ten years to all those who visited the saint's church at Santa Padre (where his relics were preserved) on his feast day and, after receiving the holy sacraments, prayed for harmony among princes, the eradication of heresy, and the exaltation of our holy Church.  Saint Fulk  is also  listed in the Roman Martyrology   on   May 22 .   ALL SAINTS CELEBRATED IN OCTOBER Saints celebrated on the 26th of October SAINT FULK, BISHOP OF PAVIA Today, we also commemorate Saint Fulk. The Roman Martyrology states:  "At Pavia, Saint Fulk, bishop." PRAYER: Grant, we beseech you, almighty God, that the venerable feast of Saint Fulk may increase our devotion and promote our salvation. Through our Lord Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you in the unity of the Holy Spirit, God, for ever and ever. Amen.
