The Roman Martyrology states: "In Cilicia, the bishop Saint Amphion, a celebrated confessor of the time of Galerius Maximian." PRAYER: Grant, we beseech you, almighty God, that the venerable feast of Saint Amphion may increase our devotion and promote our salvation.
