SAINT CILLEN, CONFESSOR ⬅️ Litany of the Irish Saints Saint Cillen ( Killenus ) appears on April 19 in the martyrologies of Tallaght* and Marianus Gormanus* ; otherwise, he is unknown. Kelly* lists only " S. Cilleni " for April 19. It is, however, quite possible that he is identical to another Killenus or Killinus ; as Kelly * himself notes (p. 75 ), some saints are listed on multiple days - a fact he explains by suggesting that these may represent different feast days for the same saint.
