ALL SAINTS CELEBRATED IN APRIL Saints celebrated on the 25th of April SAINTS PHILO AND AGATHOPODES, DEACONS Today, we also commemorate Saints Philo and Agathopodes. The Roman Martyrology states: "In the same city [Antioch], the Saints Philo and Agathopodes, deacons." PRAYER: Grant to your Church, we beseech you, O Lord, through the intercession of Saints Philo and Agathopodes, not to think high-mindedly, but to grow in humility pleasing to you; that, despising what is base, she may with unbounded love diligently do whatever is right. Through our Lord Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you in the unity of the Holy Spirit, God, for ever and ever. Amen.
