Saints celebrated on the 9th of November
SAINTS EUSTOLIA AND SOPATRA, VIRGINS
Today, we also commemorate Saints Eustolia and Sopatra. The Roman Martyrology states:
"At Constantinople, the holy virgins Eustolia, a native of Rome, and Sopatra, daughter of the emperor Maurice."
PRAYER:
Grant, we beseech you, almighty God, that the venerable feast of Saints Eustolia and Sopatra may increase our devotion and promote our salvation. Through our Lord Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you in the unity of the Holy Spirit, God, for ever and ever. Amen.
