ALL SAINTS CELEBRATED IN SEPTEMBER Saints celebrated on the 5th of September WELCOME! SAINT OBDULIA, VIRGIN Saint Obdulia, commemorated on September 5 and December 13, is venerated in Toledo, where she is said to have lived as a virgin consecrated to God. However, some hagiographers consider her to be the same person as Saint Odilia ( Othilia ). If this were not the case, nothing is known about her except her name and the place of veneration. She also features in the Roman Martyrology *, although Baronius *, in his " Notes ," does not contradict the view that she is the same person as Saint Odilia, but merely remarks that in this case, a transfer of her relics to Toledo would be assumed.
