SAINT MARTIALIS AND COMPANIONS, MARTYRS 


Saints Martialis, Statutianus (Statilianus), Constantius, Possessor, Hilarinus, Firmus, Candidus, Rogatianus, Eugenia, Lucida, Acuta, Phoenicia (?) (the latter seems to mean as much as Punic and is perhaps related to the fatherland of the saints mentioned here) suffered together in Africa; when and where is not stated in any of the sources. (I. 130).
