BERTHA OF HASSEL, VIRGIN
Bertha of Hassel (Bertha de Hassel), a nun at a monastery in Fahr, was famous for her holiness and her gift of prophecy. For instance, she predicted to the Count of Habsburg that he would become emperor when he lent his horse to a priest who was carrying the Sacrament to a sick person. She lived in the 13th century.
