ALL SAINTS CELEBRATED IN AUGUST Saints celebrated on the 1st of August SAINT MUNIS, BISHOP ⬅️ Litany of the Irish Saints Saint Munis, the brother of St Mel , was the founder of the church at Forguey (Fornagia) in Longford, (around the year 486). The Martyrology of Salisbury mentions him on the same day as St Riocus. Several sources give him the title bishop. His feast day is August 1 (Kelly*, p. 70.). In the Elenchus * he is listed on December 18.
