The Roman Martyrology states:  "In Africa, the holy martyrs Rogatian, priest, and Felicissimus, who received the bright crown of martyrs, in the persecution of Valerian and Gallienus. They are mentioned by Saint Cyprian in his epistle to the Confessors."
