  ALL SAINTS CELEBRATED IN OCTOBER   Saints celebrated on the 6th of October SAINT ROMANUS, BISHOP OF AUXERRE, MARTYR Today, we also commemorate Saint Romanus. The Roman Martyrology states:  "At Auxerre, Saint Romanus, bishop and martyr." PRAYER: Grant, we beseech you, almighty God, that the venerable feast of Saint Romanus may increase our devotion and promote our salvation. Through our Lord Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you in the unity of the Holy Spirit, God, for ever and ever. Amen.

  ALL SAINTS CELEBRATED IN AUGUST Saints celebrated on the 24th of August SAINT ROMANUS, BISHOP AND MARTYR Today, we also commemorate Saint Romanus. The Roman Martyrology states:  "In the same place [Nepi], Saint Romanus, bishop of that city, who was the disciple of Saint Ptolemy, and his companion in martyrdom."
