SAINT FEAST DAY FOR EVERY DAY OF THE YEAR

ALL SAINTS CELEBRATED IN SEPTEMBER Saints celebrated on the 4th of September WELCOME! SAINT ROSE OF VITERBO, VIRGIN   From her childhood she attached herself entirely to the practice of mortification and assiduous prayer; she was favoured with the gift of miracles, and an extraordinary talent of converting the most hardened sinners. She professed the third rule of St Francis, living always in the house of her father in Viterbo, where she died in 1261. From Fr Butler's Lives of the Saints PRAYER: O God, who gladden us each year by the feast of blessed Rose, graciously grant that, as we rejoice in her merits, we may be inspired by her example. Through our Lord Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you in the unity of the Holy Spirit, God, for ever and ever. Amen.
