  ALL SAINTS CELEBRATED IN OCTOBER Saints celebrated on the 31st of October SAINTS AMPLIATUS, URBAN, AND NARCISSUS, MARTYRS ⬅️ Saint Urban of Rome, Martyr  These Saints are the disciples of Saint Paul mentioned by him in his Epistle to the Romans (16:8, 9, 11). Some ancient authors place them among the seventy-two disciples chosen as preachers of the Gospel by Our Lord (Luke 10:19).  Tradition has it that they subsequently attached themselves to the Apostle Saint Andrew, and ultimately were put to death at the instigation of the Jews. They are also reported to have been Bishops in Greece and the Balkan countries. The Greek Church claimed to possess their relics at Constantinople.
