The Roman Martyrology states: "At Aegea, in Cilicia, the martyrdom of the Saints Zenobius, bishop, and Zenobia, his sister, under the emperor Diocletian and the governor Lysias." PRAYER: Grant, we beseech you, almighty God, that the venerable feast of Saints Zenobius and Zenobia may increase our devotion and promote our salvation.
