ST MINAUSIUS, ABBOT
Saint Minausius, third abbot of Mont-You on the Jura, later called Saint-Claude, succeeded St Lupicin about A.D. 480. St Minausius died A.D. 514.
SOME ANCIENT HANDWRITTEN BOOKS MENTION HIS FEAST DAY IN JANUARY
Some ancient handwritten books mention his festival on January 1 and January 20, and some French sources style him a saint. However, at no point in time does he seem to have enjoyed public veneration.
