Saints celebrated on the 4th of May
ST CYRIACUS, BISHOP AND MARTYR
Today, we also commemorate Saint Cyriacus. The Roman Martyrology states:
"At Jerusalem, in the reign of Julian the Apostate, Saint Cyriacus, bishop, who was murdered as he was visiting the holy places."
PRAYER:
Grant, we beseech you, almighty God, that the venerable feast of Saint Cyriacus may increase our devotion and promote our salvation. Through our Lord Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you in the unity of the Holy Spirit, God, for ever and ever. Amen.
