Saints celebrated on the 12th of June
SAINT ANTONINA, MARTYR
Today, we also commemorate Saint Antonina. The Roman Martyrology states:
"At Nicaea, in Bithynia, Saint Antonina, martyr, who was scourged by order of the governor Priscillian during the same persecution, then racked, lacerated, exposed to the fire, and finally put to the sword."
PRAYER:
Grant, we beseech you, almighty God, that the venerable feast of Saint Antonina may increase our devotion and promote our salvation. Through our Lord Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you in the unity of the Holy Spirit, God, for ever and ever. Amen.
