SAINT JANUARIUS AND COMPANIONS, MARTYRS

Today, we also commemorate Saint Januarius and Companions. The Roman Martyrology states: 

"In Africa, the holy martyrs Januarius, Marinus, Nabor, and Felix, who were beheaded."

PRAYER:

Grant, we beseech you, almighty God, that the venerable feast of Saints Januarius, Marinus, Nabor, and Felix may increase our devotion and promote our salvation. Through our Lord Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you in the unity of the Holy Spirit, God, for ever and ever. Amen.
