Saints celebrated on the 21st August
SAINT LUXOR AND COMPANIONS, MARTYRS
Today, we also commemorate Saint Luxor and Companions. The Roman Martyrology states:
"In Sardinia, the birthday of the holy martyrs Luxor, Cisellus, and Camerinus, who were put to the sword in the persecution of Diocletian, under the governor Delphius."
PRAYER:
Grant, we beseech you, almighty God, that the venerable feast of Saints Luxor, Cisellus, and Camerinus may increase our devotion and promote our salvation. Through our Lord Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you in the unity of the Holy Spirit, God, for ever and ever. Amen.
