SAINT NAMPHANION AND COMPANIONS, MARTYRS

Today, we also commemorate Saint Namphanion and Companions. The Roman Martyrology states: 

"At Madaurus, in Africa, the martyr Namphanion and his companions, whom he strengthened for the combat and led to the crown of martyrdom."

PRAYER:

Grant, we beseech you, almighty God, that the venerable feast of Saint Namphanion and Companions may increase our devotion and promote our salvation. Through our Lord Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you in the unity of the Holy Spirit, God, for ever and ever. Amen.
