WELCOME!

SERVANT OF GOD GIUSEPPE OTTONE

Servant of God Giuseppe Ottone, known as Peppino, first saw the light of day on March 18, 1928 in Castelpagano (Benevento). Born out of wedlock, he was taken in by a family who adopted him.

He was a pious boy, who received his First Communion on March 26, 1935. Peppino regularly shared his lunch with the needy and invited his less fortunate companions to his home. He was known for his special devotion to the Sacred Heart of Jesus and Our Lady of Pompeii.

When his adoptive mother became gravely ill and had to face a very risky surgical procedure, Peppino, in prayer, offered his life in order for her to survive. At the age of twelve, Peppino collapsed in the street and despite being taken to hospital, he went to his eternal reward on February 4, 1941.

The Holy Father will consecrate Russia to me; it will be converted, and a certain period of peace will be granted to the world. THE AUGUST 13 EVENTS On August 13, the children were in jail at Ourem. The civil administrator threatened to boil them in oil if they did not tell the Lady’s secret. Though badly frightened, they could not think of disobeying our Lady. In disgust, the administrator finally freed them. A large number of people, not knowing that the children had been kidnapped, went to the Cova for the scheduled appearance of the Lady. At noon, there was a loud clap of thunder. Then, according to an eyewitness: “Right after the thunder came a flash, and immediately we all noticed a little cloud, very white, beautiful and bright,...
