| Regensburg Cathedral |
Conon (Cuno) [Konrad I. Raitenbuch], bishop of Ratisbon [Regensburg], was previously a monk and abbot at Siegburg near Cologne. He was raised to the above-mentioned episcopal chair because of his excellent virtues. He was the contemporary of Saint Norbert, who regarded him as his father. Blessed Cuno consecrated the church at Waldsassen in the presence of Frederick I and died in 1130, having presided over the church at Ratisbon for five years.
