Saints celebrated on the 26th of April

SAINT CLARENTIUS, BISHOP OF VIENNE

Saint Clarentius, a bishop of Vienne in the Dauphiné in France, lived at the beginning of the 7th century. He passed to his eternal reward about the year 620. Some of his relics were brought to Prague in 1358. His name is inserted in the Roman Martyrology* on April 26.

St Clarentius is also commemorated on April 25.
