Saints celebrated on the 4th of May
SAINT CORCODEMUS, DEACON
Saint Corcodemus (Curcodemus) was a deacon at Auxerre, who in the 3rd century came to France with the bishop St Peregrinus. They preached the gospel, and Corcodemus died in peace a while after the martyrdom of the holy bishop. Corcodemus' body was later placed in the main church, which was dedicated to St Amator. In the Roman Martyrology* he is called Curcodemus.
