Saints celebrated on the 15th of May
SAINT DOMNINUS OF PIACENZA, DEACON
Saint Domninus, a deacon at Piacenza in Italy, was a contemporary of the holy Bishop Maurus there, who had also ordained him a deacon.
Domninus was zealous in fasting, watching and praying and died in A.D. 443, whereupon he was buried in le Mosie in Piacenza.
In 933, his relics, along with those of many other saints, were translated into the main church. In 1481 his mortal remains were moved for the second time to another church, which is not named.
