SAINT MICHAEL ARAGAMI, RELIGIOUS
Saint Michael is recognised as one of St Frumentius' most outstanding disciples. He lived in the fourth century. It is said of him in the Ethiopian Martyrology*: "His life was wisdom and his death prudence, the triune God was with him." The nickname Aragami, which is given to him, means "old man."
