SAINT SOSIPATER, BISHOP OF THESSALONICA
Saint Sosipater (commemorated on November 10; also on June 25), was a disciple and kinsman of Saint Paul, who died in peace as Bishop of Thessalonica or Iconium. As the Acts of the Apostles recount, he was from Patras, and perhaps must be distinguished from Saint Sopater of Beroea. Please see Saint Jason.
