Saints celebrated on the 17th of June
FULCO, ARCHBISHOP OF REIMS
Fulco, Archbishop of Reims, was a monk at the monastery of Sithiu in the county of Artois. He defended the freedom of the Church with great zeal and was therefore killed by assassins in the year 900. He was, however, never venerated as as martyr in the sense of the Church. (Buc.)
