Saints celebrated on the 8th of July
SAINT AUSPICIUS, BISHOP OF TRIER
Saint Auspicius, was one of the first bishops of Trier (Treves] - perhaps the 4th. He lived in the 2nd century and is revered in this city as a martyr. However, the information about him is so uncertain that we are unable to provide any further details. Saint Auspicius is listed in the Roman Martyrology* on July 8.
