Saints celebrated on the 28th of June
SAINT BENIGNUS, BISHOP OF CHARTRES
Saint Benignus is said to have been bishop of Chartres. Regarding his relics it is reported that they were moved to a monastery on the Loire and rediscovered in A.D. 966, whereupon they were entrusted to Bishop Balderic of Utrecht.
