Saints celebrated on the 31st of January
SAINT DOMINICUS SARACENUS AND 18 COMPANIONS, MARTYRS OF CORDOBA
(SS. Dominicus Saracenus and 18 Soc. MM).
Saint Dominicus with the suffix Saracenus (probably because he was of Moorish descent), was martyred with 18 citizens from Beziers, Languedoc (Septimanenses) by Saracens in Cordoba around the year 875.
