ALL SAINTS CELEBRATED IN NOVEMBER
Saints celebrated on the 6th of November
Saint Felix was a monk at Fondi (Fundi) in Latium, and distinguished himself in virtue and piety above all the brethren of the house. When a thief robbed the monastery garden time and time again, the holy monk got a serpent to guard the fruit and vegetables. The animal obeyed and frightened the thief.
The saint came to his aid and rescued him from his danger, with the loving exhortation that henceforth he must not steal any more, but that if he was in need, he should come to him, Felix, and he would give him what he otherwise only got through sin. Our source does not give the time of his death. The Roman Martyrology* just mentions his name, but nothing else. (Buc.)
