Saints celebrated on the 29th of July
The "holy matron" Saint Seraphina occurs in all martyrologies. Some writers claim that she was a pupil of the Apostle James (Jacobus), which is erroneous. She lived in the fifth century and died, according to the Roman Martyrology*, in Spanish Gallicia (Mania), after leading a life of prayer, fasting and works of charity.
