Saints celebrated on the 4th of June
SAINT SOPHIA OF THRACE, WIDOW
Saint Sophia was the wife of a senator in Constantinople. After his death she entered a monastery in her native Thrace and died there at the age of 54. According to the Bollandists*, this saint lived in the 10th or 11th century.
