SAINT VICTORIA, WIDOW AND MARTYR
Victoria was a widow who died a martyr during the Vandal persecution. The Bollandists* do not mention this saint. Migne* and Butler*, however, relate that in A.D. 484, at Culusa, she endured terrible tortures for the Catholic faith, but was miraculously healed. Victoria's Companion in suffering was called Saint Dionysia.
Saint Victoria is also commemorated on December 6.
