Saints celebrated on the 12th of May
Humbertus Rollet, a member of the Congregation of Saint Vannes and Hidulph, entered the Congregation in A.D. 1600. Distinguishing himself by holding the most excellent religious offices, he endeavoured to restore the old discipline , also sought to achieve this at Fulda, Kempten, Muri, and other houses.
A prolific writer, he penned the life of the founder of the Congregation of Saint Vannes, Didier de la Cour, whose pupil and collaborator he had been , along with many other writings. Humbertus died in 1666 at the age of 80. (Buc. Suppl. pag. 97)
